Friday Night Cock... Sucker.

Good Riddance to Mark Foley.

Who, by the way, did not know (let alone suspect) that Foley was in flames?

This, ABC now says, is only the tip of the iceberg.

God-Damned Liars and Weirdos.

Family Values? Jesus H. Christ in a Steam Room!

Denny "J. Dennis" Hastert's boy on teenage predator control.

Heh.

I know on one will believe this but I'm going to give it a shot anyway. I once spoke to someone who said that a "vast majority", and "overwhelming majority", massively lopsided number of pedophiles, sexual predators and serial killers are republican. I know it sound too partisan, but it is absolutely true. I wish someone had the where-with-all to able to research and document this.

zamora is looking better every day...oh wait he`s not running. i guess he is just a hard working guy with traditonal family values.

Anonymous said...

I don't like Laesch and I didn't wasn't too sure about Zamora either but I voted for him in the primary. I didn't really like the choice we had. There were three candidates then one guy dropped out. A three way would have been better - speaking of sexual predators... lol

Anonymous said...

dave you should run then

"Abraham Lincoln, I don’t know if you know this, he didn’t do it (free slaves) for the right reasons- social justice- he just did it because so many white people were out of work"
Is this the kind of rep the people of the 14th want to have. Frankly it is something to think over to our Liberal Friends.

Off the rails...

This came into the inbox this morning. It seems that Boy Wonder is the pot and he want's to call the kettle black. For some unknown reason he's holding a press conference this morning in St. Charles. Since there is really nothing to say against Denny yet, this would lokk like a BAD political move that is more likely to backfire than help him. Here is my favorite line from the email:

"If you come as a supporter, please wear your “Laesch t-shirts”; if you come to participate and ask questions, please DO NOT wear Laesch t-shirt."

So the question is who is dumber: The Laeschites who need to be told this, or his girlfriend/manager who puts this in a public email?

It now looks like the Dems will win back the house in November. The question is what would be worse for the people of the 14th. Denny, a former speaker and possibly criminally negligent, or JDL a proven nut-job with no friends in the house?

I'm going to write in Donald Duck. Any vote in this race is wasted, so why not elect a REAL character.

Anonymous said...

Haster would be better. You said it yourself. Hastert has the experience & the power to get it done. Laesch has nothing and is... nothing - he's a nobody. Hastert will play it safe over the next two years but I think he'll retire after winning the race. He will not stay in office long after we Dems take it back.

I just hope that Laesch doesn't win. I just don't like the guy. I don't like a lot of his supporters either. I think they're a bunch of social goofballs. Laesch is a smarmy liar and nothing but a con man, a grifter trying to fool the voters. He has a lot of skeletons in the closet - that's the impression I get, anyway. He's hidding something.

For example; I will guarantee that knowone who reads this blog knows that Laesch is a smoker. I should clarify that he sometimes smokes. He hides that fact. He doesn't want anyone to know that.

When I see that - and I have witnessed that personally, I get the impression that that is someone who is 1) dishonest and 2) self concious or a bit lacking in confidence in himself and his message.

I don't like it. Why would you be affraid to let someone see you smoke? Is it because you don't want them to think badly of you? Are smokers bad people? What's the message? I do something that I think is bad and I don't want you to know that I do it. What does that say about the person? I do bad things and I know it. Does that mean that this person is weak and can't control himself?

Sorry for the ramble...

Anonymous said...

Dave John Laesch does not smoke and their is really nothing to the rumors about him. I personally do not like his poltical views and not very impressed with his campagin. These are the reasons I choose not to support him. Spreading rumors about people is like lieing about them. I respect the fact that you do not want to support JDL and that is ok. However at this point in time the only people being hurt are all the supporters of the democratic party. We need to lead by example and for go the nonsense. This guy is going to get his butt kicked and let that happen go out and support the fine candiates on the rest of the ticket in your area and lets win.

Anonymous said...

I saw him smoking. What else can I say?

Anonymous said...

Who are the candidates that we can help? Can you name them?

Anonymous said...

Frank Craig, Linda Holmes, Pat Perez, Annie Colins, The Govenor and the state ticket, any county board candiate in Kane County. We need to elect our entire ticket if we are going to make inroads.

Anonymous said...

I'll vote for them (except annie and frank, wrong county/district)... but I'm still writing-in someone else for 14th. Saying Denny is better than John, sure ain't saying much. I CAN NOT vote for Denny, no matter how much of a tool I think Oxy is (Oxy as in Oxy Moron, he claims to have worked in "millitary intelligence").

If not Donald Duck, then perhaps we can come up with a name. HRC perhaps?

... and Joe Serra in the 50th District.

Anonymous said...

Joe Serra is solid. Good man trying to do the right thing.

Anonymous said...

Just head a little rumor that Tom Brophy is going to storm Mike Madigans office and demand an explanation as to why he will not support the purple fruit cake.
Tom please do not forget the shoes.

Anonymous said...

purple fruitcake! HAAAA! Madigan is only supporting select candidates. I'd like to know how much money the State Dems have and what they're doing with the dough.

I do know that Rahm Emanual wont give one penny or even throw a glance in the direction of anyone who they think is going to lose.

I think it's the same for Madigan.

I think it's a flawed policy.

Anonymous said...

Joe Serra is not a bad guy at all. He's kind of a moderate I would say. I met him about 2 weeks ago and I thought he was really good. I hope he wins.

JDL had a press confernce today where the daily planet came out and wanted the 4-11 on dennis hasert. JDL responded at this time I am not at liberty to say anything more about this. I am bounded by the honor of the boy scout code not to reveal my source. After putting the resources of the daily planet and the 50 miles out staff to work we have uncovered the deep throat in dennis hasert office. It is none other than Dennis Hasert himself. As it appears with all the heat that is being put on him by the John Laesch campagin Denny has been willing to do what is right for the people of his district. Once again JDL has proven his is the most powerful force on earth. Also please send 37 cents you can make your checks payable to www.john06.com through your contiued we will end the world of the corruption and hypocrisy. Together we will paint the world purple.

Anonymous said...

good morals like beating up strippers?

Anonymous said...

Do you have proof of your lie. If you do bring it on we are ready to answer all questions. John is clean and Denny is a crook!!!

Anonymous said...

Laesch is as clean as his ass hole. I'm sure you know how clean that is since your down there licking it. Laesch is a liar and a con man and he has his public image and then there is the other image. Which image do you see? I've seen both.

I know Laesch very well and I'm telling you he's full of shit. He no more belong in congress than I do. In, fact if he gets elected to congress I'm changing my party of choice from Democrat to something else.

Back to the original point...

How to conduct an investigation if your are in the House leadership:

HLO (house leadership official): So, did you do it?

Suspect: No

HLO: Good enough for me!

Suspect: Thanks.. gotta run, supposed to meet a friend on AIM.

HLO to Speaker: Nope he didn't do it.

Speaker: Cool. Thanks for your hard work.

"Checks and balances? We don't need no stinking checks and balances!"

This is the very same level of creepyness that permiates too many "youth" programs. I'm glad I don't have a son. I would spen WAY too much time being creeped-out.

Back to the point 2

Look at the bright side, Bill Maher, Jon Stewart, Dave Letterman, and every other comic are going to have material for weeks from this.

I can't wait for tonights Daily Show!

Anonymous said...

poltical insider: You sound like a person who supported the crown quite frankly you need to shut your mouth and stand up for what is right. Law and order has been compromised and John Laesch is the only one who will stand up for this common issue. I am sick of hearing about the winny crying people who can't stand we are at war. HELLOOOOO is John the only one around here with enough guts to stand up for the princepals of our founding fathers. With change comes sacrifce and with sacfirce comes loyality. America is at war and lives depend on the choice we make in march. I will not stand by and let people who have not right to call themselves Americans stand here and tell me about patrioism and loyality. Quite frankly there are two choices either work with us or side with denny folks we are at war here at home and abroad it is up to us if we want our nation to prosper.
